We are interested to meet qualified coaches with relevant industry experience. Our vetting process is rigorous, but fun. Our first objective is to understand what kind of coach you are and see if you are right for our clients.
Our second objective is to see if you are right for our community. Our coaches connect with each other through our WhatsApp group, attend supervision together and learn from each other through our programme of peer events. We also volunteer our time to make coaching accessible through popular free events like speed coaching.

Membership comes with benefits and responsibilities. Once we’ve vetted you, we’ll create your profile on our platform, add you to one or more of our coaching panels and introduce you to clients who we think will have chemistry with you.
You’ll join our WhatsApp group and start benefiting from the support of your peers through supervision and our peer events.
Your responsibilities include maintaining insurance, running an online diary so clients can easily book sessions with you, being in supervision and helping your peers learn about an aspect of your coaching.

We have two tiers of membership. Core membership for coaches actively working with us and Collaborative membership for coaches who are keeping in touch, or new coaches getting to know us, figuring out if we are right for each other and waiting for an opportunity to join.
Core members pay a small membership fee which helps fund our group supervision.
Just the right number. We try to maintain an optimal number of coaches across our different panels. Our aim is to give clients diversity of choice while ensuing our community doesn’t become too large and impersonable.
We use a questionnaire to capture information about you and understand your coaching profile. We also gather data from the clients you meet with.
We use this data and a unique AI algorithm to predict if a client and coach will have chemistry.
We send clients a short list of coaches who we think might be right for them. Clients decide which coaches they would like to meet for a free 30 minute chemistry session.
Ultimately, it’s the clients who decide which coach is right for them.
